Information and data security:


  • All data we hold is double password protected and will not be shared with any organization, corporate, government or body without your express written consent;

  • We delete your data when it is no longer required for legitimate business or legal reasons. Data reaches an expiry date and holds no ‘legitimate business interest’ after 2 years of inactivity with us. Inactivity constitutes no business related contact with ENVIE for 2 years (48 months). Legitimate activities include: business related email communication from you; evidence of a face to face meeting; attendance to ENVIE training sessions or if we have billed your business/entity in the last 2 years. All data will be deleted after such time.
